This support is for clarification and implementation questions only.
To ensure focused support, please send one consolidated message per week with your questions.
Responses will be provided within 48 business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm UK time).
This service does not include motivation, coaching, or medical advice. I can refer you to an experienced coach for this work.
