Refund Policy
Health Plans and Lab Report Interpretations
All personalised health plans and lab report interpretations are non-refundable once they have been delivered to you via email. By purchasing these services, you acknowledge that you are buying a bespoke service that begins immediately upon purchase.
WhatsApp Support
WhatsApp support is provided on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will be charged for the current month in which you cancel. No refunds are provided for partial months of WhatsApp support.
Laboratory Tests
For laboratory test kits ordered through Nordic Labs, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 30 days of receiving your test kit, provided you have not yet sent your sample back to the laboratory. Once a sample has been submitted to the lab for processing, no refunds can be issued.
Shop Products
Physical products purchased from our shop may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they remain unopened and in their original packaging. Digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed.
